I do want to get something that's 9' so that as I get better I can practice stepping forward/backward on the board.

Is the Odysea more expensive just because it is hip and comes in fun colors or is it actually a better foamie than the other options available? From what I can tell, it does seem to be better made but if anyone has ever owned one I would be curious to know how durable they are. Sorry for not being so clear! My main concern is whether or not it is worth the cost ($425). Thanks! nooshie Surfer Posts: 54 Likes: 0 post Liked in: 0 post Joined: Sun 7:17 pm might sell this inbetween board to my friend who likes it I also think I’m wanting to go more into the longboard route once I get better. I’ve also ridden the 9’ Torq longboard and liked that too but am leaning toward the Odysea bc it has more float and of course is softer. I’ve ridden the 9’ Odysea log (tri fin) and am wondering if anyone has any thoughts? One of my issues with the crowded beach break is that I get very nervous about hitting others or being hit so I’m thinking a foamie will make me feel less stressed in the lineup.

I have had one good day on it when conditions were clean and easier for me to figure out. It seems that when I do catch waves with the 7’6 they are basically breaking right on my head so it’s been a challenge. I wonder if it’s the narrow tail combined with my xxxxx paddling? I am not a terrific paddler which is probably one of my biggest issues and I’m still figuring out where I should be to catch green waves. I have a 7’6 with a lot of float (it’s a Modern Love Child) and on better days I can perform better with that board but on the choppy small days I am having a very tough time catching waves with it. thanks in advance and good work on the poison-making breakdown.I’ve been surfing an incredibly crowded east coast beach break with pretty mediocre waves and am looking into getting a big foam board to up my wave count. have tried wrothgar, gold coast, hews bane, and a couple base game areas of varying levels but have not found a single one yet. if anyone can confirm whether they do in fact drop from mudcrabs id appreciate it. haha and now that ive gone through tem it seems that mudcrab chitin is the only one i havent found yet. spider eggs drop from spiders, obiviously. scrib jelly ive found on scribs and their kin in stonefalls havent tried anywhere else yet. maybe im just rng-unlucky but they could be found elsewhere for all i know. have yet to find any mudcrab chitin drop from mudcrabs yet though ive killed around 50 or 60 so far. beetle scuttle from assassin beetles and thunderbugs only so far, there could be others. have looted fleshfly larvae from zombies and the like but not from fleshflies themselves. torchbugs, butterflies drop their related reagents, torchbug thorax and butterfly wings. ive found nightshade growing in wrothgar but havent checked elsewhere. ive found a few, which ill put down here but havent had any luck with the rest. could use a list of locations where they grow/what enemy beasts will drop them. Hey thanks for the effects of the new reagents.

Poison Making was mentioned in the Dark Brotherhood: First Look article as part of the base game improvements coming alongside the Dark Brotherhood DLC. It is a free addition to the game and no DLC or subscription is required to use it.Īt Alchemy stations around Tamriel you can now use new and existing reagents mixed together in a new type of solvent (called oils).

You can now use the Alchemy system to create a wide array of dangerous poisons! Poison Making is a crafting and combat mechanic which was released with the Dark Brotherhood DLC in May/June of 2016.
